Mr.सा is a young, growing brand rooted in slow, thoughtful fashion—not mass-produced fast fashion.
Our products are crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. What you receive isn’t just clothing; it’s a parcel of love.

To keep things fair and transparent for both you and us, here’s how our shipping, exchange, and return process works

1. Shipping & Delivery

⏳ Delivery Timeline
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.

🤍 Why the Wait?
To avoid overproduction and waste, we work with limited inventory. Many garments are manufactured after orders are placed. This slow-fashion approach ensures better quality, conscious craftsmanship, and timeless design.

📦 Order Updates
You’ll receive regular updates—from dispatch to delivery—so you’re always in the loop.

2. Exchanges 

We want you to love the fit as much as the fabric.

  • One-time free exchange on all domestic orders
  • Timeline: Request within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

How the Exchange Works

  1. Initiate a request via our Return Portal / Email
  2. Reverse pickup is arranged within 3–5 days (where serviceable)
  3. After quality check of the returned product, the replacement is dispatched

Note: Replacement orders may also take up to 20–25 days, depending on availability. We’ll do our best to speed this up, but quality takes time!

Subsequent Exchanges
A second exchange for the same order will incur a ₹150 handling fee.

3. Returns & Refunds

As our brand is focused on quality and limited production, we encourage exchanges or store credit wherever possible.

Return Handling Fee
A ₹100 handling fee is deducted from all returns to help partially cover logistics and quality checks.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–10 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued as Store Credit only, valid for 6 months and usable across the Mr.सा store

Combo Orders
If an item from a combo purchase is returned, the refund amount is calculated after adjusting the discount based on items retained. 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos for verification
    We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Self-Shipping (If Pickup is Unavailable)

If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your PIN code:

  • Kindly self-ship the item to us
  • We will reimburse up to ₹200 upon submission of the shipping receipt

Important Notes

  • Discounted / clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Minor colour variations are natural and not considered defects
  • After two failed pickup attempts, customers must self-ship the product
  • Please hand over only the requested item during pickup and collect the physical pickup receipt as proof
